Where Passion Meets Results
I love this work. Not the version where an agent simply says that in a bio. The version where I am at your house the morning of the photo shoot, moving a chair three inches because I know the little details matter.
That is often what separates one agent from another, and it is the part nobody really puts in writing. So here it is.
You get me. Not a team, not an assistant, and not a handoff once the paperwork is signed. The person you meet is the person who shows up and stays involved from beginning to end.
For my sellers, that starts well before the For Sale sign goes up. I help you determine what is worth doing to prepare your home and, just as importantly, what is not worth spending money on. I provide my own light staging items and work with what you already own to make each room photograph and show its best. Moving furniture, styling a kitchen, making beds, and adding those finishing touches are genuinely part of my job description.
When something needs to be repaired, cleaned, painted, landscaped, or handled before we hit the market, I have trusted professionals I can recommend and help coordinate. Every listing receives professional photography, a full feature video, and a strategic marketing plan designed specifically for that property. I believe every home deserves exceptional marketing, regardless of price point.
And I answer my phone. When the news is great, I cannot wait to share it. When it is not what you hoped to hear, you will hear it directly from me, along with a plan for what we do next.
The number I am most proud of is 89%. That is how much of my business comes from referrals and repeat clients. It is a number you cannot buy with advertising. I would rather earn your trust, your future business, and your next introduction than focus on a single transaction. Your experience matters to me.
Clifton Park is home and where much of my business happens, including Rexford, Halfmoon, Vischer Ferry, Ballston Lake, Round Lake, and throughout the Shenendehowa School District. I also work throughout the greater Capital Region, from Saratoga Springs through Niskayuna, Colonie, Delmar, and the surrounding communities. Wherever your home is, you receive the same level of attention and care.
A little about my credentials, because what they mean for you matters more than the letters after my name. I am a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker with Howard Hanna Real Estate, a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and a Military Relocation Professional (MRP). I also had the privilege of serving as the 2022 President of the Capital Region Women’s Council of Realtors, an experience that helped me build lasting relationships with some of the best agents in our industry.
Outside of real estate, my favorite role is being Mom. I am incredibly proud of both of my kids and love watching them grow into their own interests and accomplishments. You will often find me at my daughter’s basketball games, hearing about what my son is working on at Siena College, spending time with my husband and family, walking a local trail, visiting the Clifton Park-Halfmoon Public Library, or grabbing coffee at the Vischer Ferry General Store with Bolt, our miniature schnauzer, who is fairly certain the neighborhood belongs to him.
Real estate is a relationship business to me. I want my clients to feel informed, prepared, cared for, and confident in the decisions they make. Whether you are selling the home you have loved for decades, buying your very first one, or simply trying to figure out what comes next, I would be honored to help.
